The Two photos below are an example of how to remove your Hobart 410 slicer blade
First take a punch and tap the round plate in the center of the blade counterclockwise
untill it unscrews then just unscrew the three screws also counterclockwise and gentley
tap the back of the blade untill it will come off please be carefull even a dull blade
is sharper that most kitchen knives
